Radioactive: The Women of Three Mile Island
Screening of “Radioactive: The Women of Three Mile Island”, an award-winning documentary about the 1979 Three Mile Island nuclear meltdown. The film covers never-before-told stories including that of Adjunct Professor Joanne Doroshow, who as a young attorney took the local community’s case to the U.S. Supreme Court. A panel discussion will follow the screening with director Heidi Hutner, Professor Joanne Doroshow, and other members of the cast and crew, moderated by the Forum on Life, Culture & Society at Touro University.
