Employment Opportunities

New York Law School has been a pillar within New York City for more than 100 years, providing legal education for thousands of students and jobs for thousands of people. With the construction of our new state-of-the-art building, the expansion of our faculty, and the development of the most innovative program in legal education all underway, this is an exciting time to join the New York Law School community.

Employee Benefits
We offer competitive salaries and an excellent benefits package. In today’s working environment, not many employers encourage you to look at their benefits offerings as part of their recruitment process. At New York Law School, we encourage you to review what we offer, and our Benefits Manager, the Associate Director of HR, stands ready to discuss the details of our robust benefits package with you.

We provide generous paid time off and sick time off. Aside from your own accrued time off, we offer additional days off that include some Fridays in July and time between the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. There are also opportunities to take unpaid time off.

New York Law School also offers a free Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to our employees and their families. We utilize a quality external organization to help maintain confidentiality. EAP can help with mental health issues, child care, elder care, workplace stress, debt and financial concerns, and just about any other concerns our employees and/or their family members may have.

We also conduct a Health & Wellness Fair on campus where employees access free consultations and free services.

Professional Development

Education and training are integral to New York Law School’s culture, and we go beyond providing opportunities to our students. As an employee, you’ll be part of a vibrant intellectual community that offers learning and development opportunities to all members. Take an instructor-led class in Workplace Situational Role Plays. Or if you prefer self-paced learning, one of our e-learning courses might best meet your needs. To help our employees advance and develop in their careers, we offer more than 50 courses in areas such as management development, strategic planning, administrative skills, and computer skills. Our blended training courses give you the flexibility to work on your own and interact with colleagues and peers within a class setting.
