A community that dates back to the earliest days of New York City, TriBeCa today is one of the most desirable locations in Manhattan. Beyond being a great place to live and work, the neighborhood also holds a wealth of interesting diversions—from some of the city’s best restaurants to myriad cultural opportunities. Bounded roughly by Broome and Barclay Streets, between Broadway and the Hudson River, TriBeCa is tucked between its northern neighbor Soho and Lower Manhattan. It’s easily accessible via New York’s subways, including the 1 or 2 trains at Canal, Franklin, or Chambers Streets, and the A, C, E line to Canal or Chambers Streets.
Refined champagne lounges, gritty old saloons, design studios, theaters, and galleries—TriBeCa’s cobblestone streets and charming alleys have something for everyone, residents and visitors alike. Known for big lofts, quiet streets, and good schools, this vibrant community draws doctors, bankers, lawyers, artists, and entrepreneurs, lured by its unique character.
TriBeCa is abuzz with activity year-round and features some of the city’s most popular annual events.
