The Office of Academic Publishing (OAP) is the newest office within New York Law School, beginning operations with the 2008-2009 academic year. It is charged with overseeing the New York Law School Law Review, the Program on Law and Journalism, and Tribeca Square Press, newly created as the scholarly and book and monograph publishing arm of the School. Among its startup projects, OAP will seek ways to increase opportunities for student publishing, on paper and electronically, through courses and outside projects. It will also seek to enhance the Web presence of the faculty’s writing.
