This course is open to Abbey Center affiliates only. Students will read and discuss materials on a variety of important topics in family law, broadly construed, and hear from speakers practicing in areas related to family law, children and the law, elder law and others. Topics will vary according to the availability of speakers from outside the law school (including speakers from a variety of disciplines), as well as the interests of students.
