CONSTITUTIONAL LAW II: LIBERTY AND EQUALITY (3) (CON 527)

This course is essential for any student interested in constitutional law or civil liberties, and covers material tested on the multistate portion of the bar exam. Major topics include First Amendment protections for freedom of speech and freedom of religion, the Fifth Amendment Takings clause, the Second Amendment right the bear arms, and issues related to the Fourteenth Amendment’s Due Process and Equal Protection clauses that are not covered in Introduction to Constitutional Law.

Pre-requisite: Introduction to Constitutional Law
