Drafting: Wills and Trusts (2) (LWR 285)

This course teaches the skills needed to draft basic wills and commonly used trust documents. The course assumes a basic familiarity wit the law and vocabulary of wills and trusts. Appropriate for students interested in learning to read critically and draft basic wills and trusts.  Enrollment is limited.  Satisfies the Writing Requirement.

Wills, Trusts and Future Interests is a prerequisite.
