This is a course for the LLM in Employment laws in Financial services law program and will cover all the U.S. Federal and State Employment laws as well as some global employment laws; The new executive compensation proposals and salary/bonus issues; the new executive facing financial institutions; the role of independent contractors and the liability that they may impose; rights of employees and employers involving investigations; privacy issues; reductions in work force issues; special litigation and arbitration issues; etc.
