ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATION (2) (GOV240)

For students interested in gaining the skills needed to solve the problems faced on a daily basis by those who deal with environmental regulation at the agency level. Focus is on gaining the capacity to understand and apply detailed provisions of environmental statutes and regulations. Examples include the process for granting water pollution permits and clean-up of toxic waste sites.

Environmental Law and Policy (GOV150) is recommended but not required.
