This course covers Part I Rules of General Application: Part II Rules Governing Appellate Practice in the Supreme Court and the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court.

New Jersey Practice II (pre-requisite New Jersey Practice I)

This course will cover Part IV, Rules Governing Civil Practice in the Superior Court and Surrogate Court and Rules Governing Extraordinary Remedies including Actions in Lieu of Prerogative Writs.
