Professors Gerald Korngold and Andrew Berman
In this interactive seminar to be taking following or in conjunction with the professor’s Real Estate Transactions & Finance course, students will apply substantive legal concepts through negotiating and drafting real estate documents, researching related legal issues, counseling clients, and participating in simulations of transactions. In the course, the students will link substantive real estate law and related ethical considerations with the skills of transactional lawyers. Students will be graded based on the written assignments and participation in classroom exercises.
