Introduction to Constitutional Law (4) (REQ 275)

Basic introduction to constitutional law and theory.  While the sequencing and depth of coverage will vary depending on the professor, the topics will include: judicial power; the distribution of power between the national government and the states; the scope of Congress' enumerated powers; executive power; separation of powers among the three branches of the federal government; state power to regulate interstate commerce; and individual rights issues relating to race, gender, privacy, economic rights, and procedural due process.
