LEGAL PRACTICE II (4) (LWR 301)

Legal Practice II is the second semester of a required, two-semester, eight-credit sequence that introduces first year students to essential lawyering skills. The four-credit Legal Practice II course will build upon and continue to explore the skills developed in Legal Practice I. In addition, Legal Practice II will introduce students to persuasive legal writing, oral advocacy, client counseling and negotiation. As with Legal Practice I, the skills will be examined in context and students will have multiple opportunities to learn through practice, collaboration, individualized feedback and reflection.
