TRANSACTIONAL LAW CLINIC SEMINAR AND FIELDWORK (8) (CLC401 & 402)

The Transactional Law Clinic (“TLC”) is a two consecutive semester, 8 credit clinic (2 seminar and 2
fieldwork credits per semester), which will provide pro bono transactional legal services for under -
resourced start-up businesses, entrepreneurs, and non-profit entities in New York City and its
surrounding boroughs. The TLC will be composed of eight students who will be broken into two -person
teams who will be supervised by Profs. Meyers and Pantin. The clinic will be of interest to students
interested in learning to work with organizational clients and learning to represent clients in
transactions. Students who register for the course are committed to participating for the Fall and Spring
semesters. In addition, students must have taken Corporations as a pre-requisite to the course.
