** Professional Responsibility in Tax Practice: Annual Tax Lawyering Workshop is one of the required core courses in the Graduate Tax Program.There are two parts to the requirement: (1) attendance at one of the Annual Workshops and (2) a five-page response paper. For graduating students, the five-page response paper is due 3 weeks after the workshop.

With prior written permission, LL.M. candidates may substitute up to 4 credits from courses not in the Graduate Tax Curriculum toward the degree requirements. Those candidates concentrating in International Tax with advance written permission may apply up to 6 credits from international law courses toward the LL.M. in Taxation degree requirements. Candidates may petition to enroll in other courses as well.
