Deadlines, Housing, and TOEFL


Deadlines:

  • For admission in the Spring 2013 Semester: December 15, 2012
  • For admission in the Fall 2013 Semester: May 15, 2013
  • For the LL.M. program in American Business Law, there is NO admission for the summer semester.


English Requirement
All applicants are required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) unless they hold a university-level degree from the United States, Australia, English-speaking Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, or the United Kingdom. Results of the TOEFL must be forwarded to the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid for review. The minimum score requirement is 600 on the paper-based exam (with minimum scores of 60 in each of the three sections) and 250 on the computer-based scale (with minimum scores of 25 in each of the subsections). Applicants taking the Internet-based TOEFL (iBT) must achieve a minimum total score of 100, a minimum score of 26 on the reading and listening sections, and a minimum score of 22 on the writing subsection. There is no conditional admission status for applicants who do not achieve the minimum standards.
