Tax LL.M. - Non-Degree Students

Non-degree Students

Qualified applicants may apply for permission to take one or more courses listed in Graduate Tax Program Curriculum without becoming candidates for the LL.M. in Taxation. Non-matriculating students are expected to attend class regularly, participate fully and to fulfill all course requirements, including taking any examinations.

Alumni Auditing Policy

Each recipient of the LL.M. in Taxation from New York Law School shall be allowed to audit additional courses at New York Law School for the applicable alumni audit fee (currently $100).
