The Law Review is pleased to introduce its new faculty publisher: Marcey L. Grigsby, ’06. Ms. Grigsby received her J.D. degree summa cum laude from NYLS and was editor-in-chief of the Law Review. She was also a Harlan Scholar and the recipient of the Alfred L. Rose Award for Excellence and the Trustee’s Prize for the Highest Average. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Ohio Wesleyan University, where she studied international politics, economics, and history. Ms. Grigsby currently practices at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York, where she represents domestic and international companies in securities transactions and advises clients on securities compliance and corporate governance matters, general corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises non-profit organizations on business transactions and governance and regulatory matters. She clerked for the Honorable Ronald Lee Gilman, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, in Memphis, Tennessee.
