Charles W. Froessel Biography

Charles William Froessel, an honored leader of his community, state and profession, received both his Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees from New York Law School. Froessel rose through the ranks of public service, holding successive offices of Counsel of the Sheriff of Queens County, Special Assistant to the U.S. Attorney General, Justice of City Court of the City of New York, and Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York. Froessel then served as an Associate Judge of the New York Court of Appeals, completing a career of honor and distinction in legal and judicial office.  Always devoted to legal education and the law, Froessel also served with distinction on Board of Trustees of New York Law School.
