Moot Court Association Accomplishments

The New York Law School Moot Court Association, a student honor society, hosts the Charles W. Froessel Intramural Moot Court Competition and the Robert F. Wagner National Labor & Employment Law Moot Court Competition.  Since 1992, the Association has won many first place honors in intermural competitions. 

 
Accomplishments in 2009-10 competitions include:
 
American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition
 
                 Octo-Finalists and Fourth Best Brief. The team consisted of Olha Kolisnyk, Joseph Mancino and
                 Coaches Lisa Hulett and Jeff Linehan.
                 Competed with distinction. The team consisted of Nicole Ciolko, Oscar Hagstrom and Coaches
                 Ashley Emerson and Benjamin Marzolf. Fourth Best Oral Advocate (Nicole Ciolko).
 
American University Washington College of Law Burton D. Wechsler First Amendment Moot Court Competition
 
                Octo-Finalists. The team consisted of Thomas Boyle, Edward Mullen and Coach Jennifer Budoff.
                Competed with distinction. The team consisted of Clifford Merin, Joshua Hoffman and
                Coach Sandra DuBow. 
 
Association of the Bar of the City of New York National Moot Court Competition
 
Competed with distinction. The team consisted of Erik McKenna, Svetlana Rovenskaya, Katherine Salzman and Coach Melissa Hulett.
  
Cardozo Law School/BMI Entertainment & Communications Law Moot Court Competition
 
Competed with distinction. The team consisted of Kelly Dynes, Joseph Welsh and Coaches Erik McKenna and Katherine Salzman.
 
Catholic University Sutherland Cup Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition
 
                Competed with distinction. The team consisted of Adam Jason, Dawn Konigsberg, Sandra DuBow
