Its mission is to promote robust, solution-oriented dialogues on these topics among state and federal policy makers, industry leaders, and academics through conferences and symposia, workshops and training sessions, and publications.

The ACLP’s Critical Infrastructure Modernization Project is focused on the intersection of the advanced communications, energy, and water sectors, and the policies and regulatory frameworks governing them, which can drive or hinder economic and social advancement. The Project seeks to empower consumers and support continued forward progress in the modernization of our nation’s critical infrastructure. This is achieved by examining the interplay of regulation, investment, and innovation in the utilities sectors and by evaluating opportunities for collaboration among stakeholders in the telecom, energy, and water spaces.
