A Commitment to Diversity
New York Law School deeply values diversity. We strive to create an environment in which every individual is welcomed, supported, and given the tools needed to succeed regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, cultural backgrounds, educational experience, political perspectives, and physical ability or disability.
The Office of Career Planning is committed to seeking out and promoting career opportunities for students from groups that have been traditionally underrepresented in the legal community. Our office aims to promote diversity in the profession by connecting current students and alumni with fellowships, internships, job fairs, diverse professional associations, and cultural and social events. One-on-one counseling is available to help students take advantage of these opportunities, build networks, and develop the legal skills that will ensure future success.
Please visit the Diversity Resources channel on the New York Law School Portal for an up-to-date list of current employment opportunities and diversity events, or contact Nadjia Bailey, Associate Director of Career Planning, Diversity Liaison, for more information.
