Understanding U.S. Taxation of Foreign Investment In Real Property: FIRPTA And Beyond

This program is designed to demystify the U.S. tax considerations for foreign person investing in U.S. real estate.  The basic income, estate, and gift tax rules will be explained.  Special tax planning considerations will be presented.  The program will also consider tax traps for the unwary that can result unless careful tax planning is done.
