The Center for International Law sponsors a series
of symposia on a broad range of topics in international and compararive law
which combine scholarship and practice. The audiences for these
events have been drawn from leaders of the business, financial, and legal
communities in New York, and the speakers have included accountants,
bankers, business leaders, economists, judges, government officials,
international organization officials, and lawyers from this country and
abroad.
The Center's symposia programs have garnered coverage
in The New York Times, the Journal of Commerce, the
National Law Journal, the International Securities Regulation
Report, Eurowatch, and C-SPAN.
