Against Law In these lectures, Professor Marc Galanter will examine
changing practices and attitudes regarding civil remedies in the latter
part of the twentieth century, a period marked by a dramatic turn from an
expansion of remedies and protections to a contraction of commitments to
legal remedy as a path to justice and equality.

CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION
New York Law School has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of Continuing Legal Education in the State of New York. This CLE program has been approved for newly admitted and experienced attorneys for a maximum of five credits in Ethics (one credit per lecture). The program is free for New York Law School alumni. Cost for non—New York Law School alumni seeking CLE credit is $40 per lecture. For individuals not seeking CLE credit, the program is free.
