Benjamin Weinstock is Co-chair of the Real Estate Department of Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., one of Long Island’s largest and most prestigious firms. He has extensive experience in complex commercial real estate transactions, real property acquisition and development, and financing. Professor Weinstock is the Secretary of the New York State Real Estate Board and a frequent lecturer for continuing legal education programs sponsored by the New York State Bar Association and several other CLE providers.
Professor Weinstock been the recipient of many awards. New York Magazine named him one of the Best Lawyers in New York, Real Estate in December 2007 and December 2008. And in 2009, Real Estate Law named him on of the Best Lawyers in America.
Professor Weinstock has published extensively throughout his career. He has also been a guest lecturer on real estate panels and law school events.
Professor Weinstock earned his Bachelor of Arts from Yeshiva University and his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School (1978), cum laude. He is admitted to practice in New York State; United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit; United States District Court, Southern District of New York; United States District Court Eastern District of New York; and the United States Supreme Court.
