Michael Resko

Adjunct Professor

Michael Resko founded the Law Offices of Michael Resko in 1996.  Mr. Resko is an experienced litigator in both state and federal trial and appellate courts.  He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of business and commercial disputes.  Mr. Resko has also represented many buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions.  His clients are individuals and businesses such as real estate developers and real estate holding companies, condominium and coop boards, individual physicians and medical and surgical practice groups, and an international consulting firm.  Mr. Resko provides all his clients, regardless of the size of their business, with the highest quality legal services and treats each and every client as if they are his only client.

Since 2002, he has been an adjunct professor at New York Law School, where he has taught a variety of subjects.  Presently, Mr. Resko teaches courses in the areas of contract law and real estate law.  He has also presented Continuing Legal Education courses to practicing attorneys on the subject of real estate law in New York.
 

Mr. Resko earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 1991.  He is admitted to practice in the following bars: New York (State), Southern District of New York (Federal), Eastern District of New York (Federal), Northern District of New York (Federal), United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, New Jersey (State), and United States District Court for New Jersey (Federal).
