The Center on Financial Services Law welcomes CFTC Commissioner Walter Lukken, who will provide remarks on the regulatory restructuring facing the U.S. financial industry, and on his time as Acting Chairman during the 2008 financial crisis and the recent reauthorization of the CFTC.
