Brian Lehrer is a leading New York talk show host at the nation's largest public radio station, WNYC. His award winning program, The Brian Lehrer Show, brings together a range of voices and perspectives on New York local, national and international news, and airs on WNYC 93.9 FM, AM 820, and www.wnyc.org weekdays from 10am to noon. Time Magazine calls it "New York's most thoughtful and informative talk show." Lehrer's guests regularly include many leading political and media figures. Lehrer is also a former host of NPR's On the Media. He has a B.A. from SUNY Albany and Master's Degrees from Columbia and Ohio State Universities.

Douglas H. Ginsburg is Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, to which he was appointed by President Reagan in 1986. He is also Distinguished Adjunct Professor of Law at George Mason University School of Law, and Visiting Lecturer and Charles J. Merriam Scholar at the University of Chicago Law School.
Judge Ginsburg previously served as Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, as Senior Official, Office of Management and Budget, and as assistant attorney general in charge of the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice.
Judge Ginsburg is a graduate of Cornell University and of the University of Chicago Law School, where he was the Articles Editor of the Law Review. He is a member of the American Economic Association, the American Law and Economics Association, and the Mont Pelerin Society. Judge Ginsburg serves on the Judicial Advisory Board of the Law and Economics Center at George Mason University School of Law.
