The Media Reporter is an ongoing series produced by the Media Center at New York Law School by faculty, students, and staff. The series examines the ever-changing landscape of the media and communications fields, as well as showcases an array of prominent guest speakers at the Law School, lively debates on controversial legal issues, and special events unique to the Law School's community. The show airs on cable television.
For nearly two decades, The Media Reporter series has tackled topics as diverse as discussions on the developments in copyright law including the role of parody, the layout of the Constitution, law and popular culture, the death penalty, bridging the digital divide, among many others. The show is hosted by New York Law School alumni and students who through their research and insights provide for an enlightening exploration of a variety of legal and media subjects.
