The Program in Law and Journalism hosts seminars, panels, and colloquia for practicing journalists on legal issues raised by newsgathering activities, for lawyers on the ethics and practicalities of dealing with the media, for academics on issues at the intersection of law and journalism, and for the general public on the role of lawyers in media and the influence of the media on lawyering.
In addition, the Program offers students the opportunity to participate in its Associates Program. This program is especially suitable for students interested in enhancing their core competencies, qualifications, and career options in areas involving media law and legal journalism.
