Dear New York Law School Graduate,
The Ask an Alum Program affords
students an excellent opportunity to network with alumni and to attain
valuable guidance in their chosen field of law. Alumni mentors in diverse
law practices volunteer to assist students in a variety of ways. Mentors
can choose to invite the student for a "day at the office,"
spend time with him or her on interviewing and writing skills, discuss
career goals and planning, or assist the student in finding opportunities
for internships or permanent employment. This relationship offers students
a unique opportunity to explore their career ambitions and work closely
with an experienced graduate towards reaching these goals. We hope that you
will register to become a mentor to one or more New York Law School
students. This is one of the most important ways that you can support your
Law School's continual advancement.
