We understand that legal employers in different market segments, and legal employers of different sizes have different needs. We do our best to tailor our services to the needs of each segment. We invite you to explore the pages here most suited to your recruiting situation:

  • Any employer (whether large or small, public sector or private, law firm, business, or government) looking to advertise an open position is welcome to post the position (free of charge) in our online job bank.
  • Large private or public sector employers of attorneys or law students are always welcome to join the many who participate in our Fall Recruitment Program.
  • Mid-sized and smaller employers are welcome to participate in our Spring Recruitment Program. The Spring Recruitment Program can help these employers identify first- or second- year law students who fill their summer and academic year intern needs, or to identify graduating students who might match their projected needs for entry level attorneys.
