Larger legal employers (major law firms and larger government offices) frequently project their hiring needs months in advance. Fall Recruitment Programs are designed to accommodate the projections of larger employers’ future needs for summer and first-year attorneys.
Fall Recruiting Program Details
Each year we welcome participation by large employers in our Fall Recruitment On-Campus (OCI) and Resume Collect (RC) Programs. In OCI, employers identify the dates they prefer to conduct on-campus interviews of their selected candidates. Employers in our RC Program interview their selected candidates at their own offices. We begin accepting registrations from interested employers in March and we continue through June. The Fall On-Campus Interviewing begins in mid-August.
Employers may choose to fill out the registration form or go directly into our system, hosted by Symplicity, to the employer log on page. If you have not used the system before or are already registered as an employer in Symplicity but do not have an User Name and Password for NYLS, visit the employer log on page to request a User Name and Password or contact us by phone at 212-431-2345 or by email at career@nyls.edu.
