| Margaret Corbit has more than ten years experience developing virtual worlds for science communication and education. She led the SciCentr outreach program at Cornell University and developed the SciFair Model for constructivist learning in virtual worlds. Corbit worked with teachers in Elmira, NY, and SciCentr staff to develop the CyberCiv Ancient Civilizations curriculum. She now consults with educators and developers on the educational application of virtual worlds with a focus on K12, especially as it relates to collaboration with higher education and museum partners. | |
