| Tori Horton is the Project Manager at the USC Institute for Network Culture where she oversees grant projects from the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation. Her areas of interest are public diplomacy, new technology, rhetoric, nation branding and cultural exchange. She is currently completing her master's degree in Public Diplomacy from the University of Southern California. Previously, Ms. Horton worked as Assistant Director at the USC Center on Public Diplomacy. Prior to her time in California she earned a bachelor's degree in Humanities from Brigham Young University and worked as an account editor at Bradley Public Relations Firm. | |
