Will Leverett has worked for the past eleven years in the online game service industry in various roles at Origin Systems/Electronic Arts, NCsoft North America, and now Realtime Worlds. Will was introduced to the experience of online gaming in October 199 and is now the Director of Customer Service for Realtime Worlds and their upcoming product, APB. Leverett arrived at Realtime Worlds with experience on a dozen shipped MMO titles, working with each development studio to assist them in preparing their product to be an online service. Have significant experience in numerous facets of an online persistent world: ensuring an open line of communication with players, building teams to administer and support the games, developing support infrastructure, enforcing rules and regulations, handling intellectual property issues, managing and budgeting of products and services, combating fraud and farming activities, and working with communities and support teams around the world via a virtual environment. | |
