Juliet M. Moringiello

  Juliet M. Moringiello is a Professor at Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, PA, where she teaches Secured Transactions, Electronic Commerce, Bankruptcy, Sales, and Property. She received her B.S.F.S. from Georgetown University, her J.D. from Fordham University and her LL.M. from Temple University. Professor Moringiello writes on electronic commerce and bankruptcy issues, and she has held several leadership positions in the Cyberspace Law Committee of the American Bar Association Section of Business Law. Her recent articles include What Virtual Worlds Can Do For Property Law (FLORIDA LAW REVIEW, forthcoming) and False Categories in Commercial Law: The (Ir)relevance of (In)tangibility, 35 FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY LAW REVIEW 119 (2007). For the past five years, she has been the author, with Professor William L. Reynolds, of the annual Survey of the Law of Electronic Contracts in THE BUSINESS LAWYER.
