Rikiya Sakamoto is a Professor of Law at Nihon University College of Law in Japan. Since 2003, he has taught U.S. constitutional law, contracts, torts, civil procedure, and international dispute resolution from the perspective of Japanese law. Before joining Nihon University, he practiced international commercial litigation in New York.
Professor Sakamoto has a Bachelor of Law degree from Nihon University College of Law; he has Master of Law and Master of Comparative Law degrees from Tulane University Law School.
