Jonathan Frankle is not a lawyer. He is pursuing a Ph.D. at M.I.T. in the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, specializing in security, privacy, cryptography, and machine learning. He served as the first staff technologist at Georgetown Law’s Center on Privacy & Technology and earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Computer Science at Princeton. He’s also worked for Google and Microsoft.
