Graduation portraits

The Office of Marketing and Communications has arranged graduation portrait sessions with Photo Grads for this month. (There will be a second and final set of sessions in April, dates and times to be determined.)

Portrait Dates:

Tuesday, March 24

Wednesday, March 25

Thursday, March 26

Times available: 10 a.m.-2 p.m. & 2:30 p.m.-6 p.m. on all dates

Location: The Marketing and Communications conference room, 5th floor, B building. (The Marketing suite is on the fifth floor of the B building, at the foot of the stairs leading from the A building to the B building, adjacent to Room B500. The conference room is straight ahead of you as you walk in the main door of the suite.)

Appointments are available at 10-minute intervals. Please arrive at least five minutes prior to your appointment. To schedule an appointment, please go to http://www.nyls.edu/gradpicsmarch.

Dress: You will be photographed in academic regalia, which will be provided. We ask that you not wear your own regalia for these portraits. It is recommended that men wear a dress shirt and tie.

Ordering Information: There is no sitting fee. The photo studio will take your contact information and will mail the proofs directly to you. You or your family can then choose among various photo packages.

We would also like to remind you that we will have a photographer at commencement who will take a photo of each of you when you are up on stage receiving your diploma at Avery Fisher Hall. You will have the option to purchase these photos from Photo Grads.
