Graduation Portrait Photos

The Office of Marketing and Communications has arranged for the first of two sets of optional graduation portrait sessions. While you will be photographed in your regalia in front of a backdrop immediately after receiving your diploma at Commencement, these sessions provide you with an additional opportunity to be photographed in this way, thus giving you more options to choose from later.

March Dates:
3/23, 3/24 and 3/25

Times (for all days):
10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Location:
The Office of Marketing and Communications (on the 5th floor of the B bldg adjacent to room B500)

Dress:
You will be photographed in academic regalia, which will be provided. It is recommended that men wear a shirt and tie.

How to make an appointment for photos:
Please go to the portal, my info tab, commencement channel and click on “commencement portrait sessions-March.” The session itself takes about 10 minutes. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Melissa Scalzo at mscalzo@nyls.edu.

Ordering Information:
There is no sitting fee. The studio will take your contact information and will mail the proofs to your attention. You may then review the proofs and various photo packages available.
