Addresses a variety of issues in contract performance at the election of the instructor. Topics covered may include but are not limited to issues of contract interpretation, the effect of mutual mistake or changed circumstances, express or implied conditions, warranties, parol evidence, rights of third party beneficiaries, assignment or delegation of contractual duties, and statute of frauds issues. When the same instructor teaches both semesters of Contracts, the instructor may vary the allocation of topics between semesters. When students have a different instructor for each semester, the instructors may vary the allocation of topics by mutual agreement.
