The Office of Faculty Development addresses faculty development by assisting junior faculty in the development of their scholarly work while also supporting the projects that showcase the experience and expertise of the senior faculty. The Office also supports faculty scholarship by facilitating, or directly managing, the Law School’s series of faculty scholarly presentations: the Clinical Theory Workshop, the Comparative Law and Politics Discussion Group, the Faculty Scholarship Luncheons, the Law and Society Colloquium, the Presentations on Pedagogy, and the South Africa Reading Group.
The Office of Faculty Development also supports student scholarship through the Cocurricular Program composed of the school’s law review and the studentrun moot court association, which sponsors the School’s intramural and national moot court competitions.
