This study is specifically designed to assess:

- The effect and effectiveness of the training program as perceived by the
trainers;
- Utility of the training program, as perceived by the trainees after they
have an opportunity to teach debtors; and
- Debtor reaction to the trainees as debtor educators.
To perform
this evaluation, this study consists of two components:
- Pre and Post training questionnaires to specifically study the training
program; and
- Focus groups to study the ability of trainers to deliver a three (3) hour
financial education class.
