A useful website for both bankruptcy practitioners and consumers who are interested in keeping current on bankruptcy issues and news. The website has a good deal of information and resources regarding a variety of issues related to bankruptcy.

A comprehensive website listing various elements related to personal bankruptcy. Includes sections on general issues of consumer bankruptcy, alternatives to bankruptcy, credit cards, and discharge issues.

The National Consumer Law Center website offers several resources to both consumers and practitioners on various consumer law issues.
