Mr. Karl Zielaznicki
Mr. Zielaznicki specializes in intellectual property law. He
assists clients in identifying, maintaining and protecting intellectual
property assets. His primary practice area is trademark clearance, prosecution
and maintenance both in the United States and abroad. He also has extensive
experience in preparing and negotiating licenses, transactional intellectual
property agreements, and other intellectual property/internet related
agreements.
