Tuition and Fees

New York Law School has a flat tuition plan for the J.D. program. This mean the tuition charged for first year will remain constant until s(he) graduates. As a result, students are able to plan their finances now for their entire time as a law student.

The Office of  Admissions and Financial Aid develops a Cost of Attendance budget for all students, based on the student's enrollment status(full time or part time) and housing plans(on your own or with parents/relatives) to determine the cost of allowable expenses for the nine-month academic year. This budget, less available resources, determines need. Students who can lower their expenses during the academic year will be less reliant on student loans, thereby reducing their overall indebtedness upon graduation. Adjusting one’s lifestyle to make the budget as low as possible is actually a form of self-help financial aid encouraged by New York Law School
