INTERNATIONAL LAW: SELECTED TOPICS (3) (ILS215) and (2) (ILS216)

 

Professors Lung-chu Chen, Zuhayr Moghrabi

    This course selects important problems in international law for in-depth examination. Problems may vary from year to year; normally, in addition to treaty law and international human rights law, timely international law topics are considered. A paper is required, and enrollment is limited.

    Prerequisite: International Law in Contemporary Perspectives (ILS210) or by permission of the instructor.
