Intercountry Adoption, the European Union, and Transnational Law
Globalization is transforming domestic law, in American and other nations around the world. Nowhere is this process more evident than in the field of adoption law. This conference focused on developments in the fields of intercountry adoption, transnational law, and European Union law. The conference also examined human rights issues in relation to intercountry adoption.

New York Law School has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of Continuing Legal Education in the State of New York. This CLE program has been approved for newly admitted and experienced attorneys for a maximum of five CLE credits in Professional Practice. Cost for non-New York Law School alumni seeking CLE credit was $125. Cost for New York Law School alumni seeking CLE credit was $100. For individuals not seeking CLE credit, the fee was $35. There was no fee for current New York Law School students or faculty.
